Don Soderquist, a cornerstone of Arkansas corporate business, died on Thursday.
Soderquist was a longtime Walmart executive who shaped much of the company’s culture.
He then went on to start Soderquist Leadership, a non-profit business training center that includes facilities in Rogers and at John Brown University in Siloam Springs.
He passed away from complications related to heart surgery. He was 82 years old.
