Delays Expected for Super-Load Transport

WASHINGTON COUNTY, Ark. (KFTA) - In Washington County, you can expect delays on multiple highways.

Starting at 8 a.m., a 16-Axel big rig will haul a load weighing in over 400,000 pounds and nearly 160 feet long.   

It will travel from the old SEFOR reactor on Highway  265 south, then south Highway 170 and then north on I-49.

Washington County Sheriff's Office and Arkansas Highway Police will monitor the load to make sure the truck has room to pass where necessary.
