Costumes Candy and Cops Carnival is being re-scheduled due to the weather.

The new date is October 26 from 5:30-7 p.m.

Halloween is just around the corner and a local sheriff's office is doing its part to ensure kids have a safe and fun time.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office is hosting its annual "Costumes, Candy and Cops Carnival" from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday (Oct. 12) at the sheriff's office in Bentonville. The event will feature games, food, drinks, candy and more.

The event, which is in its third year, is free and open to the public.
