Fox Fix: Gator Avoids Floods, Angry Store Owner, Slow-speed Chase

FOX FIX — Flooding in the Houston area forced this man to take shelter in a parking garage. An alligator wrangler was called in to remove the six-foot gator. From there, the object was to wear out the reptile intruder.

All it took was a stick and an angry store owner to fight off a gang of robbers. Police say a group of men stormed this Florida jewelry store and started smashing and grabbing jewelry. That’s when the store owner started swinging.

The thieves got away with about $200,000 worth of jewelry. Take a look at what has to be the slowest police chase ever. Police followed the suspect for two-hours from Fort Worth to Arlington, Texas. After the driver took off from a traffic stop. Cops eventually ended the ordeal by ramming the car. Police say the chase started with a drug bust gone bad.
