A 17 year old connected to Tuesday night’s triple shooting in Fort Smith is now in police custody.
It happened in the 2300 block of North 32nd Street.
Three people were shot and are being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Following an investigation, police arrested the 17 year old Wednesday evening.
The teen is facing a number of charges, including first-degree battery.
During the search for the suspect, another male, 19-year-old Enrique Rodriguez, was arrested for obstructing governmental operations.
