In Springdale on Wednesday a group of Northwest Arkansans gathered outside of Senator Tom Cotton’s office after they say they were given the run-a-round.
The group originally set up a meeting with Cotton’s regional director a few weeks ago.
That meeting was rescheduled twice, but never happened.
Now Caitlynn Moses and the rest of the group wants answers.
“We’re concerned constituents. We have a lot of issues with what’s been going on and we’re just trying to have our voice be heard by our senator which is our rights as Americans,” Moses said.
Matthew McClure is another protestor and hopes Senator Cotton listens to the group.
“I’m hoping that he understands that he represents all of Arkansas and this is part of Arkansas as well,” McClure said.
The protesters say many of them voted for Cotton, so they’re disappointed after being ignored.
