A woman from Hindsville was killed in a crash that occurred on Monday night.
Katie Taylor, 33, was traveling northbound on State Highway 295 in Madison County. According to the crash report, Taylor failed to yield at the intersection and drove into the path of a westbound vehicle on State Highway 45.
The driver of the other vehicle sustained no injuries.
This is the 69th fatal accident in 2019.
