WHY I VOTED 1KNWA_1456854389755.jpg

Northwest Arkansas voters lined up early this morning as the polls opened.

We asked several voters at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville which issues were the most important to them. We heard a variety of topics, from foreign policy to taxes and social security. These folks say choosing the right presidential candidate is an important responsibility, because it will shape our future years down the road.

“I think everyone’s concerned about our foreign policy right now and some of the things that are going on around the world and I think this makes this especially important,” said voter Todd Cleveland.

“Domestic policy, foreign affairs, taxes, I always think about that going into the workforce like next year going to college,” said Bayleigh Reeves, a first time voter.

These voters say casting a ballot is the best way to bring about change in Arkansas and nationwide.
