A Hot Springs man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for child exploitation charges, according Attorney General Leslie Rutledge.
Herman Duncan, 44, pleaded guilty to four counts of distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. He also pleaded guilty to possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
“The Attorney General office’s Cyber Crimes Unit works closely with local prosecutors and law enforcement agencies across the State to protect our children from these dangerous predators,” Attorney General Rutledge said.
Duncan war arrested in 2015. He was sentenced on July 19.
