Emergency crews are investigating an early morning house fire in Prairie Grove.
Central EMS along with Farmington and Prairie Grove Fire Departments responded to the scene on Orr Road around 4:00 a.m. Monday.
We spoke with a neighbor, Keith Boston, who said no one has lived at the burned house in six or seven months.
“That night watch light was on so there could’ve been power to the house, and it could’ve been electrical unless somebody set it, but there’s hardly anybody ever around here so I wouldn’t suspect that,” said Boston.
He added the homeowners were considering tearing the house down anyway. The homeowner declined to comment. Crews were able to extinguish the flames and keep them from getting out of control.
