ELM SPRINGS, Ark. (KNWA) — Hundreds of Carroll Electric customers are without power in Northwest Arkansas.
The Carroll Electric website states that there are 953 outages across the Elm Springs and Beaver areas.
Nancy Plagge, director of corporate communications with Carroll Electric, has not yet responded to a voicemail requesting information about the outage.
