Here is a sneak peak of what you can expect:

The Classical Edge turns Shakespeare’s comedy on its head, with a female Petruchio and a bold fun take. Set in 1850’s Goldrush America, the lovely Bianca is the prize to be won by all the men looking to land themselves a wealthy wife. But the competitors will first have to marry off Bianca’s clever, fiery older sister, Katherina, who may just outsmart them all. When the charismatic, gun slinging, cow girl Petruchio takes on the challenge, Katherina finds that she may have met her match in the wild outsider. Shakespeare’s timely comedy shows the lengths men will go to for their legacy, what women will do to break free, nd the outrageous things we all do for the human heart.

“A lot of the themes deal with human beings and their relationship with other people. Like this play, it’s all about the societal norms of how a relationship should be and how a marriage should be and we wanted to spin that on it’s head and show two women having this really lovely relationship,” said Steven Marzolf, Director.

Director Steven Marzolf says it is a family-friendly show. CLICK HERE for more details.
