Judge Shuts Down Michigan Recount

News

A federal judge’s ruling has shut down the recount of presidential votes in Michigan.

Judge Mark Goldsmith made the decision late Wednesday night. Green party presidential candidate Jill Stein’s team has appealed the ruling. Her team said it was “deeply disappointed.”

Goldsmith says Stein can’t claim harm or loss by the results, since she only got about 1% of the vote.
