KNWA Today: Nutritionist/Dietitian Jamie McDermott


Dietitian and Nutritionist, Jamie McDermott is tracking the progress of Chris & Jennifer during their journey as a vegetarian.

McDermott made suggestion on making snacks and meals ahead of time, perhaps at the start of the week. She also advised the two to also add more greens and beans to meals, including quinoa, garbanzo beans and couscous.
