Millions of people are setting out to create New Year’s fitness resolutions hoping to stick to a new diet and gym routine. Unfortunately, more than 80 percent of resolutions end in failure.

KNWA’s Katelynn Zoellner spoke with Phoenix Johnson and Whitney Sanders from GYMGUYZ to talk about how to maintain resolutions and stay motivated throughout the year.
