Taking steps to end Alzheimer’s.

The 2017 Walk To End Alzheimer’s is happening on Saturday, September 16 at Northwest Arkansas Community College.

Registration is at 9:00 a.m., Ceremony start at 10:00 a.m. and the Walk begins at 10:30 a.m. 

On Walk day, each participant will receive a wristband. Each registered walker with a wristband will receive a Promise Garden flower. Here is what each flower represents: 

Blue represents someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia

Purple is for someone who has lost a loved one to the disease.

Yellow represents someone who is currently supporting or caring for someone with Alzheimer’s.

Orange is for everyone who supports the cause and vision of a world without Alzheimer’s.
