Using high-tech brain imaging and screening, global leaders in the science of happiness have been able to prove there are steps we can all take to become happier, more resilient and healthier by changing the way we think.

KNWA’s Katelynn Zoellner takes an in-depth look at the Science of Happiness in a 4-part series as she explores practical steps people can take to become happier.

This is the first story in the series that focuses on ways we can become happier in life. Katelynn spoke with Dr. Doug Krueger, a professor at Northwest Arkansas Community College, about the science of happiness.
