If you’re still trying to find a gift for Father’s Day, one local business has just the thing for you.
Markham & Fitz Chocolate in Bentonville is giving people the chance to gift father figures with a chocolate making class.
You can learn how to make chocolate from start to finish and even get to take your tasty creation home.
Company co-founder, Preston Stewart says the class is educational and a good way to bond for Father’s Day.
“I’m a dad, so I think dads really enjoy shoulder to shoulder interaction sometimes more than face to face,” Stewart said. “So doing things with together with dads is often more impactful than sitting and talking.”
Stewart went on to say the class isn’t just for fathers.
“A mom and daughter combo could come, or a couple. You could just do it as a fun event.”
The class will take place Sunday, June 16 from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m at Markham & Fitz.
