Kristy Franks tells us why she is so excited to raise her kids in the Farmington School District.
“Schools are very important to us. This is actually Farmington School District and this is where we wanted to be. We wanted to raise our kids somewhat in the same type environment that we moved here from and we’ve heard good things about the schools here. “
“We actually saw this brick color on another Trade Mark Home and so we wanted it exactly replicated just like one of their other homes. They have so many different brick options to choose from, but we just wanted something kind of grayish brown neutral color.”
“The process is really easy you just go in and meet with their interior designer and they just lay everything out for you. Which kind of floor would you like? Which kind of brick would you like? What paint colors do you like? They have so many options to choose from. It was very easy just to pick the things we like and they just put it in motion.”
“We love our fenced in backyard. So the kids can play and we know that they’re safe because they are in the yard. We just love the view and being able to sit out here and relax on the swing.”
“We have a fireplace on the back porch. So that’s going to be nice in the winter time. Football season starts we have hookups so we can watch television, put the tv out here and watch football games, watch the Hogs play. It’s wired for speakers out here so we can play music out here. “
“So I’m going to love the neighborhood, there’s a couple of ponds in this neighborhood that John and the kids have already gone out and skipped rocks. I think we’re going to love northwest Arkansas.”
