ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA) — Elmwood Middle School in Rogers is launching an initiative to develop students’ personal excellence.

Challenges started Wednesday morning for students to see who has mastered important life-long skills titled the Amazing Raider Competition.

“We have seen tremendous growth in the soft skills of our students from the beginning of the year to now. We practice them everyday,” said Molly Davis, Elmwood Middle School principal.

Business professionals evaluated the students in skills, including proper handshake, eye contact and ability to start a conversation.
