(KARK) – A Little Rock woman woke up to find robbers inside her home Wednesday morning, police say.
The incident happened in the 800 block of W. Charles Bussey Ave. just after 4:30 a.m.
When police arrived they found the victim, a 52-year-old woman visibly upset and shaking.
She told officers she was just robbed.
The police report shows that she told detectives she woke up to two white males standing over her with flashlights and demanding money. One of them reportedly had a gun.
The report states that they tied her wrists with rope and one held her at gunpoint while the other ransacked the house.
They took property that included her car, electronics and jewelry, wallet (containing cash, debit card and driver’s license) and cell phone.
The victim’s phone later pinged in Redfield (Jefferson County).
Her vehicle was found several hours later parked in the 1000 block of W. 28th Street.
