Local Business Encourages People to get ‘Fit by Accident’

News

LOWELL, Ark. (KNWA) –Treadmills and ellipticals may be a great way to get in shape, but a local gym has equipment that looks a little different.

Flip Side Ninja Park opened almost a year ago in Lowell. The gym has many of the famous obstacles featured on the American Ninja Warrior television competition, as well as a few created by co-owner, Caleb Benson.

Emily Benson, who also owns the gym, said while the gym challenges physicality, it also teaches skills that can be transfered to other areas of life.

“They can take it to school, they can use it at home, they can use it with friends, in a future career,” Benson said. “All the stuff they’re learning here will benefit them outside the gym.”

They are currently accepting new clients. To find out how you and your family can get involved, click here.
