A few local businesses came together to help people look their best for job interviews.
Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas, Miles Witt Boyer Photography, and Hark and Herald Company partnered together to host an opportunity for people to refresh their headshots while giving back to a good cause.
“All the money will go back to just empowering the women in the area that kinda need a little bit of extra support and hopefully ending that cycle of poverty for one woman at a time,” Founder Miles Witt Boyer said.
The price for the headshots were in the form of donations, which went directly to the Dress for Success Foundation.
Boyer said that he will be working with Dress for Sucess over the next few months as businesses have continued to request headshots.
The Dress for Sucess Foundation helps to empower women toward economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and programs to help them thrive in work and in life, according to their website.
“Our programs help women secure jobs, retain their jobs, provide for their families and improve their lives,” the website states.
