FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA)– This week Hog Haus Brewing Co. closed it’s doors and according to broker Jeff Pederson, it’s already been sold to another company.
Pederson confirmed that Three House Ventures, LLC, a local family business, bought the brewery with plans to renovate it before finding another tenant.
He said the family has a “strong desire to maintain and grow the prosperity of Dickson St.”
Hog Haus is not the only business on it’s way out.
We’ve known for a while that the Waffle House on Dickson St. is closing, but the Director of Economic Development at the Chamber of Commerce said we will have around six more months with it before Insomnia Cookies takes over.
The New York company will stay open late, just like the old building tenant, and also deliver.
The new restaurant, Sauced, is another recent addition and is now open to the public.
A Cultural Arts Corridor, which will run down West and School Avenue, toward the bottom of Archibald Ave. is also on the horizon.

The Cultural Arts Corridor is expected to be finished by the end of 2020.
