The election commission admitted its mistake on Thursday after one candidate realized the error and brought it to their attention.

He said the right to submit your ballot is a gift to every American, and the mistake should be corrected.
“The right to vote is one of the things that service members fight and die for, so of course, every single vote must be counted. I think that’s something that we can all agree on,” Lt. Griffin said.
The Benton County Election Commission told KNWA that each of those 834 votes will be counted and will go toward the official results expected to be released on Friday.
