One man was arrested after being accused of shooting a group of people and nearly hitting one of them in the leg, according to an affidavit.
Rogers Police was called on September 12 by a man who said he and his friends went to another person’s house to retrieve money he was owed when the person shot them.
The officer then confirmed that the man had a bullet hole in his jeans and in his vehicle.
No one was injured, according to the affidavit.
Officers were then advised that the shooting suspect was 26-year-old Cody Robinson.
After further investigation, officers arrested Robinson on September 13.
Robinson faces four counts of aggravated assault, unlawful discharge center-fire weapon and several drug charges.
He is currently being held at the Benton County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
Robinson’s court date was set October 22.
