Man Gets Three Years Probation for a Drug Deal Shooting


A West Fork man gets three years probabation after pleading guilty to shooting a gun out of a vehicle during a drug deal, according to court documents.

Ian Bryce Moore, 23, entered a guilty plea to 2nd degree battery on January 14, according to a court document from Washington County’s 6th Division Circuit Court.

Last March, Moore, was accused of shooting a man over a drug deal that went awry.  Police interviewed the victim at the hospital, according to the police report.  

The victim told authorities that Moore fired a gun several times and that one of the bullets hit him above the left ankle.
