Medical marijuana dispensary application scores submitted by Public Consulting Group were released Thursday by the Arkansas’ Alcoholic Beverage Control Division following numerous Freedom of Information Act requests.
“The scores are not final and have not been reviewed or approved by the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Commission,” said Scott Hardin, communications director for the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.
The scores do not guarantee a license will be provided, according to a news release issued by Hardin.
Scores will be discussed during the Medical Marijuana Commission’s Jan. 9 meeting.
“ABC will not discuss or interpret any aspect of the scores prior to the meeting,” Hardin said.
