The Black History 101 Mobile Museum will feature more than 7,000 original black history artifacts and memorabilia, dating from the trans-Atlantic slave trade era to hip-hop culture.
The museum is open to visit on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
In addition to the museum, founder, poet and recording artist, Khalid el-Hakim is speaking at the Mobile Museum at 12:30 p.m.
The event takes place at the Janelle Y. Hembree Alumni House located at 491 North Razorback Road.
