FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) — The Sherwood man accused of killing a Springdale man back on New Year’s day was in court Thursday.
Christopher Rankin’s next court date has been delayed until June 7.
Rankin is charged with killing 22-year-old Trenton Coney in a parking lot off of West Avenue in Fayetteville.
Rankin could face anywhere from 10 to 40 years or life in prison if he’s convicted of first-degree murder.
