Demand for housing brings a new apartment complex to Northwest Arkansas.
A ribbon cutting ceremony celebrated the new I Street Apartments in the City of Bentonville Tuesday.
About 33 people move to Northwest Arkansas a day, making housing a top priority for the region.
The greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce states relevant housing options are needed to keep the economy evolving.
“It’s a brand new apartment community for people who are needing a place to live that are looking for something modern, something fresh and something new,” said Rick Shortt, director of sales and marketing for Affinity Marketing.
The I Street Apartments have easy access to the Razorback Greenway, a brand new tennis complex and the Bentonville Community Center.
