New Voting Machines Arrive in Benton County

News

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA) – New voting machines have arrived in Benton County.

In October, the county’s justices of the peace approved spending more than $2 million dollars for the equipment.

Some of the equipment was delivered Tuesday, and most of the machines will be ready for use soon.

Election Commissioner Mike Sevak says that along with the new machines, the Benton County Election Commission will move into the old K-Mart building in Rogers in 2018.
