Top government officials say Hoda Muthana is not a U.S. citizen, as she claims. Muthana was born in New Jersey when her father was serving as a diplomat from Yemen.
From there we headed to Birmingham, Alabama to get the story of a local 10-year-old who’s written a book that’s become a best seller on Amazon. WIAT’s Hillary Simon joined the conversation to tell us all about how this talented young lady developed her way with words.
We also brought you a full preview of the Oscars. The 91st Academy Awards will be handed out on Sunday. Movie film critic Michael Cook, of Little Rock, gave us a rundown of some of the nominees and revealed his predictions.
