Models strutted their best contemporary looks on the NWA Fashion Week runway Friday night.
The ready to wear show highlighted 14 local shops and designers at The Record in Bentonville.
Models featured looks you can wear anytime of the day to fit your lifestyle.
Local boutique owner Liz Dyer said NWA Fashion Week allows her to showcase her brand new shop, 59th and 9th in Bentonville, and to inspire people to embrace their own sense of fashion.
“Fashion is really about self-expression and finding what really works for you and not just things that are on trend that you might throw away in just a couple of months,” Dyer said. “It’s really about finding something that fits your body and your personality.”
NWA Fashion Week continues Saturday with a runway show at 7:30 p.m. at The Record.
