Christmas is exactly one month away and some of Santa’s helpers have been working way ahead of the giving holiday, to get homes all lit up for the holidays.
Decoration company Handsome Holiday Heroes has been getting homes ready for the Winter holidays since before Halloween.
“October first is actually when we began installation. We have a short season we try to get in as early as possible. We got phone calls starting in August for Christmas lights,” said Heath Redding, the Owner of Handsome Holiday Heroes.
The Davis family is going the easy route this year, Handsome Holiday Heroes is getting their house all decked out the day before Thanksgiving.
December is so busy, the hustle and bustle it seems like the month goes by so quickly we just really wanted to get this checked off the list and enjoy it as long as we could,” said Krista Davis.
Davis’ next door neighbors, the Evers Family, was hard at work Wednesday, working together to hang wreaths and untangle lights.
“Every year the tradition you want to keep it because it becomes so special and engrained in us and it’s just a warm fuzzy feeling. It starts out the holiday in a beautiful sort of way,” said Nancy White.
All the efforts are of course in the spirit of Christmas.
“We just love to see the neighborhoods lit up and families smiling and Christmas spirit everywhere,” Redding said.
