NWA Residents Invited to Participate in Slow Roll Bike Ride

The City of Fayetteville is hosting a Slow Roll Bike Ride on Thursday evening during First Thursday. 

The point of the bike ride group is not to race but to relax and enjoy good company.

These type of rides have become popular in cities across the country because they appeal to such a diverse crowd, according to the news release. 

VeoRide premium bike share bikes will be available free of charge for anyone with a VeoRide account, according to the news release. 

The ride will start at 5 p.m. at the Fayetteville Historic Square. 

The First Thursday event will also include live music, street performances and food trucks.
