On Saturday, April 6, Prairie Grove Officials transformed an old Walmart into a new public library.
The newly dedicated building went from 6,000 square feet to 15,000 square feet, more than doubling the space.
Larry Olerich, Director of Public Works in Prairie Grove, said it’s already been a fantastic benefit to both the kids and adults of the community.
“Everyone’s been flocking in here in droves, and are just really loving it,” Olerich said.
Olerich said it took about four months to complete the renovations.
