FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Parrott Island Waterpark is set to participate in the World’s Largest Swim Lesson event on Thursday.
Tens of thousands of children and adults at aquatic facilities around the world will unite for the eighth year in a row to make noise that swimming lessons save lives.
The World’s Largest Swim Lesson will take place over the course of 24 hours at an estimated 600 locations in more than 20 countries.
Bill Miller, general manager at Parrot Island said, “We love hosting the annual World’s Largest Swim Lesson in order to make aware the importance of learning to swim and water awareness. Not only is it great for the kids but the community a whole.”
