Pet of the Week: Nina #BetterwithPets

News

A toothless grin does not keep this girl down. Amber Neal introduces us to our Pet of the Week waiting at the Sebastian County Humane Society.

“So this is Nina. She’s a super special girl. She was actually discovered in an alleyway by one of our employees and she was found with hardly any hair, super skinny and just super scared. She came in, we got her allergies taken care of. She still gets a little flare up every now and then. She was also discovered with most of her front teeth pulled out, but we don’t really know any of her history beyond that. She is amazing. She’s a super sweet girl, she’s just looking for a loving family, she’s a companion dog through and through. She’s fabulous. We can’t believe that she’s still here at our shelter… She just wants some love and attention. She’s about six-years-old from what we can guess and we’ve been able to put some weight on her. She loves kids. Super smart girl. If you have another dog, it’s great to do a meet and greet to make sure that they get along. She is definitely going to be a soulmate for somebody out there.”

If you are interested in adopting Nina, call the Sebastian County Humane Society at (479) 783-4395.
