Pet of the Week: Paisley #BetterwithPets

Paisley is a pretty pattern and an even prettier pup.

Clay Morgan at the Rogers Humane Society introduces us to our Pet of the Week!

“We have Paisley here today. She’s about a nine-month-old Plott Hound mix, female, spayed. She was abandoned out in the rural areas of the county. She’d be a great dog for the dog park, a great family dog. She’d be an easy dog to train, any kind of agility or anything like that, just very eager to please. She does well with other dogs, cats. She’d be a good apartment dog if you have an apartment dog park on site where you can take her over and let her run around and have a couple sessions at the dog park a day. If you don’t have a dog park, she wouldn’t be a good candidate for an apartment unless you’re a runner, she’d be a perfect dog for running situation. She’d be a great running buddy, she could get up to a half marathon real quick I’m sure with her energy. Very loving dog. Settles down real quick, real easy to please. Loves car rides, loves to jump in a car and go for a car ride. In fact, that’s how she arrived here. Some people found her out in the rural areas of the county, opened the car door and she jumped in. So, that’s how we have Paisley here today, ready to go!”
