FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KFTA) — Two police reports have been filed against Club Tattoo and Piercing because of a marketing technique that has been in place for years involving hitting women in the genitals.
The shop’s co-owner Billy Club maintains it’s just a ‘love tap’ in the lower stomach that gets customers a free tattoo shop sticker.
A woman KFTA spoke with last week filed a police report for what she said crossed a line. Another police report was also filed on Friday.
