PRAIRIE GROVE, Ark. (KFTA) — A 27-year-old Prairie Grove man is accused of indecent exposure and public intoxication after an incident late Friday night.
Joshua Michael Randolph went over to the plaintiff’s home after she repeatedly told him he was not allowed to.
The plaintiff said when Randolph arrived she stepped outside onto her front porch to speak to him and soon after she stepped out, her son came outside.
As she was bending down to pick up her son to hold him, Randolph exposed himself.
The plaintiff said she quickly took her son inside and told Randolph to leave.
When Randolph continued to stand there exposing himself, the plaintiff called police.
Police said when they arrived Randolph was sitting on the plaintiff’s front porch and that they could smell a strong odor of intoxicants and that his eyes were bloodshot and watery.
Police arrested Randolph and took him to the Washington County Jail.
Randolph is scheduled to appear in Prairie Grove District Court July 24 at 8:30 a.m.
