Public Input Meeting Held in Springdale

SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA) –The City of Springdale held a public input meeting to discuss potential street improvements.

Several projects are being considered and will be funded by a bond which was approved in a special election in February.

Residents were invited to an open house at the city council chambers Thursday night to look at at exhibits and give feedback as to which projects they’d like to prioritize.

“Everybody around Springdale, they have a different experience traveling on our roads, they have different needs, different wants for them and their families and so the more voices we have in this the better it is for the city and city council,” said Melissa Reeves, Springdale public relations director.
