Purina Presents: Meet Indy and Paco in Pet of the Week

News

You can meet Indy and Paco at the Washington County Animal Shelter!

Indy is a Chihuahua-terrier mix and she is ten years old. Paco is a Chihuahua-pomeranian mix, and he’s nine years old.

Since they are both seniors, they still like to play with toys and like to be lap dogs. Not that energetic, but they still like toys and other dogs. They’re really sweet.

They don’t have to be adopted together, obviously, that would be ideal because they came from the same household. Paco is already neutered and Indy will be spayed once she gets adopted so they could go together.

Since they are small breed and seniors, their teeth are not in the best shape, so they would just need a special diet.

To adopt a pet at the Washington County Animal Shelter, you’ll fill out an application and once it’s approved, you get the pet spayed or neutered, they get rabies shot and microchipped. And then you can pick them up the next day!
