FAYETTEVILLE, AR—The NWA Tobacco & Drug Free Coalition is teaming up with the Yvonne Richardson Community Center, the Fayetteville Boys & Girls Club, and the city of Fayetteville to host the inaugural ‘REAL’ Conference, May 30th.
The conference is free and is the ‘REAL deal’ (Realistic Expectations and Affirmations for Life).
The REAL Conference & NWA Teen Summit aims to inform and educate Northwest Arkansas teens regarding expectations and positive actions for successful transition into adult life.
Through community support & collaboration, the conference brings together presenters and interactive workshops from across the region to focus on helping teens set healthy life goals after high school. Conference presenters hope to inspire teens to develop creative methods for self-expression and engage in their community in a positive manner.
The conference takes places May 30th, at 8am at the Boys & Girls Club of Fayetteville.
