FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Rep. Aaron Pilkington, R-Clarksville, announced on Thursday afternoon he’ll seek reelection for his seat.
Pilkington serves House District 69 and is in the middle of his first term.
The representative released the following statement on his reelection bid.
“I consider it an honor and a privilege to serve the people of District 69. This past session I sponsored and cosponsored many pieces of legislation that help everyday citizens and help protect our economy. My proudest moment was being the lead sponsor of the Provider Led Organized Care bill, which creates a truly unique system in Arkansas that is unlike any other in the nation, making us a leader in healthcare reform. There’s still more work that needs to be done, and If reelected, I will continue to fight for the good people of District 69.”
