Fox 24 reporter Alex Caprariello is saying goodbye to Northwest Arkansas, but he does so with a heavy heart and many fond memories.

Alex has taken a job with KXAN in Austin, Texas, where he will work as a reporter and part-time anchor. KXAN is a Nexstar news station.

Alex began working for KNWA and FOX24 on Jan. 9, 2017. It was his first professional reporting job after receiving a Master’s degree in sports journalism from Arizona State University.

He has worked as both a reporter and anchor for KNWA and FOX24, covering impactful stories across Northwest Arkansas.

Alex expressed his gratitude to Northwest Arkansas and River Valley community members and his colleagues.

“Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for everything that you’ve done for me,” Alex said.

We at Fox 24 thank Alex for his dedication and excellent work, and we wish him continued success in his reporting career.
