Trooper First Class Gabriel Chambers has had the dream of being in law enforcement for a while.
“I’ve always wanted to be a law enforcement officer when I was a little kid. It’s always been my goal,” said Chambers. “I met a trooper when I was about six years old in Missouri, I was impressed with his professionalism, the way he carried himself. So, I went ahead and took that with me and decided that was the path I wanted to take here in Arkansas.”
Now, he’s living out his goal in NWA. Several people writing to FOX24, saying Trooper Chambers goers out of his way to curb crime and cultivate a community spirit in NWA.
“Favorite part of highway patrol is coming into contact with a lot of different people on a daily basis,” said Trooper Chambers. “Being able to keep people safe in Washington county.”
That’s why we salute Trooper First Class Gabriel Chambers for his time with the Arkansas State Police Department.
“We have a job to do and sometimes it’s not the most popular job, but at the end of the day what we strive for is protecting and serving our community,” said Chambers. “That’s what I strive for on a daily basis is to serve my community and make it a safer place to live.”
