Officers then interviewed the teenager on Monday afternoon at the police department. The teen told police he “had been having a sexual relationship with Williams since early in the summer.”
The teen also told police about inappropriate photos that were exchanged on several occasions.
Officers said they were able to get some evidence from the teen.
