On Tuesday, March 12th, a special election in Benton County will allow people to vote on a new tax that will help fund a new courthouse.
The courthouse is expected to cost about $35 million and the tax issue proposes a countywide one-eighth of a cent sales tax. That would equal about 12.5 cents for every $100 spent.
Polls are open from 7:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. For a list of where you can vote, click here.
